Not a gym. Not an app. A group that moves as one.
The Private Performance Circle is a small, intentional group of exactly 10 ambitious people based in Marbella. We train together, push each other, and compete together at real sporting events.
One shared standard. One shared journey. Small enough to actually matter — tight enough to move as a team.
Not for the casual. Not for the uncommitted.
For those who already know they want more.
Weekly group sessions in Marbella — structured, coached, built around a shared goal. No solo slog, no guesswork.
The team is the engine. On the days you don't feel it, they pull you. On your best days, you pull them forward.
10 members means no hiding. Everyone shows up, everyone grows, every person is responsible to the group.
The team travels together. Races together. Celebrates — as a group that earned every moment of it.
World-class events. Each season the group picks the next challenge together. Right now, one shared target.
That's the point. The group only works if every member is the right person. Ten people. Ten standards. No exceptions.
“You're either the kind of person who shows up — or you're not. This team is for those who show up.”
You don't need to be pushed. You have the drive — you just want a team that matches it.
Consistency beats intensity. You show up — especially when it's hard.
No excuses. No negativity. You lift the group — and expect the same from every member.
Nine other people depend on you. All in — or not in.
Be one of the 10. Or watch from the outside.
After 15 years coaching elite performers in Amsterdam, I relocated to Marbella with one clear mission — to build something I've always believed in: a small, serious, high-performing group of driven people.
For 10 of those years I ran the Akasha Health Club at Conservatorium Hotel — one of Amsterdam's most prestigious five-star properties. I coached professionals, executives and elite athletes who demanded nothing less than the best.
I don't run a gym. I build teams. And I coach them all the way to the finish line.
